"Bruce, I'm writing this letter
to thank you for your interest and concern that you have for your
Yoga students, your words of comfort and peace are very relaxing
and enjoyable, compared to this very busy world that we live in.
I would like to express my gratitude for your guidance in Yoga class.
I have been a student of your course for only 15 short weeks, in
that time I have experienced many benefits from Yoga.
The
one thing that I am so excited to write you about is that for the
past 20 years or so I have experienced a lower back pain that was
constant while standing, sitting, or walking, the pain was always
there. After about 10 weeks of classes and home practice the pain
in my back has totally disappeared, and it feels wonderful to be
rid of this pain. I'm grateful to have you as a teacher!"
Steve Taylor, West Bend
"I found the yoga classes
to be very helpful. Bruce establishes a non-threatening atmosphere
regardless of our experience or abilities. He promotes through Yoga
, the gentle yet exerting benefits of it's postures. The relaxation
time at the end was also restorative."
