YOGA PARTICIPANTS
As you begin your yoga course: Wear loose comfortable clothing. Don’t eat before a class.
Bring a beach towel or a small blanket to cover up during the relaxation period. Your body temperature will drop significantly, especially during the colder months.
There is no competition in yoga during class if it hurts Stop! Don’t try to keep up, use common sense progress at your own pace.
Were trying to create an atmosphere of calmness and peace. Please turn off your cell phone.
If you come to class late, or if you must leave early, please do it quietly.
Do not wear perfume, after shave, ect. It is irritating to some as we practice our deep breathing.
Do not come to class if you are ill!
Your welcome to bring a water bottle to class. Some rooms are dry during the winter months. Start drinking more water as indicated on the back of your yoga guide. It will help flush the toxins from your system .
