FALL YOGA RETREAT 2009 and 2010 is a daylong retreat
open to anyone ages 8 to 85 regardless of experience.
It's an opportunity to retreat from our busy, stress filled
lives and begin to slow down, relax and get back in touch
with ourselves by spending the day in a peaceful country setting
communing with nature and Venturing into the Realm of the
Ancient Science of Yoga. Held at:

BRUCE VAN DYKE
Bruce has been a certified
Yoga instructor since 1972 through the Golden Lotus
Yoga Teachers Association. He teaches throughout Southeastern
Wisconsin. He was the host of "Yoga the Ancient
Science" on Warner Cable Milwaukee and the author
of "Relaxing with Nature", and
produced the DVD "A Yoga Retreat", and 2 CD set "Become A Master of Life".

CENTERING OF THE SELF - RELAXATION - MEDITATION
11:00 a.m. - HATHA YOGA
The special emphasis will be on DEVELOPING
A BALANCED ROUTINE. Exercise mats will be provided.
You will want to bring a mat or blanket for comfort. Wear comfortable
loose fitted clothing. You may also wish to bring a water bottle.
12:00 p.m. - Lunch & Fellowship

Gain greater awareness of the self and the
beauties of nature. 2:15 p.m.

The Science of Life Force Control. Breathing
and Visualization exercises that will elevate your energy and
vitality levels. 3:00 p.m. -
HATHA YOGA
The special emphasis of this class will
be DEVELOPING GREATER AWARENESSS VINYASA...
Moving freely, flowing from one pose to the next, being mindful,
staying in the present moment. Learn the FULL SUN SALUTATION,
AND OTHER VINYASA'S.
